Project title – Construction of a solar power plant for the needs of a business facility

Short project description

On 10/03/2025, the company BUJSKA PIVOVARA d.o.o. signed a Grant Agreement with the Ministry of Economy for the implementation of the project entitled “Construction of a solar power plant for the needs of a business facility”. The project implementation is co-financed under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan 2021–2026.

Project objective

The objective of the project is to promote energy from renewable sources and reduce emissions from energy-intensive industries, in order to achieve savings in electricity consumption and increase the energy efficiency of the Beneficiary’s operations.

Target groups

The project’s target groups are the company’s employees, while indirect benefits will also be enjoyed by customers and the general public.

Expected project results

• Investment in renewable energy sources through the construction of a solar power plant on the roof of the business facility – a small craft brewery and warehouse – in order to achieve savings in electricity consumption and increase the energy efficiency of operations.
• Faster and better adaptation of the company’s operations to current and future environmental requirements, reducing negative impacts on climate and the environment by lowering harmful CO₂ emissions by 51.33%.
